I suspect that Hank's investigation will lead to a cat and mouse game between him and Walt, even if Hank doesn't know it yet.

Just go at your own pace and try to avoid spoilers. Then you can watch the episodes you missed from this season on-demand (assuming you have Comcast). They generally keep like the past 3 episodes up at any given time, so in about a month you'll be shit out of luck. I recommend not watching AMC at all until you're completely up to speed. Their commercials for the show are full of spoilers.
